This Change of Registrar Agreement is submitted for the purpose of applying to change the registrar of record of a domain name to Cnkuai.com
申请者需承诺以下条款
applicant (you) represent and warrant that:
1.在申请时提供完整正确的信息；
the information provided to Cnkuai Corp. in connection with your application is accurate and complete;
2.拥有该域名的所有权；
you are the rightful holder of the registration for the domain name;
3.与当前注册服务商之间无任何费用拖欠；
you are not in default on any obligations you may owe to the current registrar;
4.确保域名处于正常状态,与任何正在解决的域名争议及纠纷无关；
you are not party to any dispute resolution proceeding concerning your use or registration of the domain name;
5.该域名在当前注册服务商处注册已正式生效或续费生效超过 60 天；
your registration of the domain name with the current registrar has been in effect for at least 60 days，or renewal exceed 60 days;
6.申请者向快网提出申请,要求为域名提供注册商服务, 但在域名转移正式生效前,我方对此域名不负有任何责任。
applicant request that Cnkuai provide registrar services for the domain name. In furtherance of your request, you have applied for our registrar services. We will have no responsibilities as registrar of the domain name unless and until we send you or the updated registrant, as appropriate, notice of acceptance of the Application.
