（六）典型结构
1．开证申请

本信用证在中国限至2007年3月10日。
2）Expiry: Date 070918 Place Hangzhou.
到期日期及地点：2007年9月18日在杭州到期。
5．单据条款
1）Signed commercial invoice.
已签署的商业发票（in duplicate 一式两份，in triplicate 一式三份，in quadruplicate 一式四份 in quintuplicate 一式五份）
2）Beneficiary ’s original signed commercial invoices at least in 5 copies issued in the name of the buyer indicating the merchandise, country of origin and any other relevant information.
以买方的名义开具，注明商品名称、原产国及其它有关资料，并经签署的受益人的商业发票正本至少一式五份。
6．附加条款
1）Signed invoice must show 5 commission.
经签署的发票须标明5的佣金。
2）The documents issued by the beneficiary must be in the language of the credit.
由受益人出具的所有单据其语言文字必须与本信用证一致。

3、Third party as shipper is not acceptable, Short Form / Blank B/L is not acceptable.

4、 Both quantity and amount more or less are allowed.

5、All documents to be forwarded in one lot by express unless otherwise stated above.

2. 日期表示方式：
SWIFT 电文的日期表示为：
举例：1999年5月12日，表示为：990512；2001年12月9日，表示为：011209。
信用证中的三个重要日期：31C 开证日期；31D 到期日及地点； 44C 最后装运日
3. 数字表示方式
在SWIFT 电文中，数字不使用分格号（有的国家用. 代替，），小数点用逗号“，”来表示
举例： 5，152，286.36 表示为：5152286，36； 4/5 表示为：0，8；5 表示为：5 PERCENT
举例：PERCENTAGE CREDIT AMOUNT TOLERANCE 39A ： 05/05 或5/5（即5的上下浮动）
